Cambridge University Yacht Club

CUYC was founded in 2004 as a yachting affiliate of the CUCC to service the sailors' development from dinghies to bigger boats. Since then, CUYC has seen success in the varsity match against Oxford, placed top three at the BUSA Yachting Nationals, and won the 2017 International Universities Regatta in Quingdao, China. On the cruising side, CUYC has run a successful summer program for 12 years and established itself as a provider of affordable Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Theory courses.
