We are looking to hire a Donor Relations Team Administrator to cover a maternity leave. The Donor Relations Administrator provides business critical support that enables the three key areas of donor stewardship - acknowledgement, recognition, and reporting - to run smoothly. The role is in the Donor Relations Team, a team of six staff who aim to improve the donor experience, ensuring donors are appropriately thanked, recognised and kept informed of the impact of their giving. The role reports to the Donor Relations Manager.
A critical role in the stewardship of major philanthropic gifts is to inform and engage donors with the impact of their giving. Surveys of donors across the higher education sector show that demonstrating the impact of a gift is the most important factor influencing future benefaction.
This position is one of only two staff in the university dedicated to reporting to our donors, many of whom have given more than £1 million.
Are you an experienced all-round Web Developer with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders?
