The Canine Genetics Centre (CGC) at the University of Cambridge, led by Dr Cathryn Mellersh, is globally recognised as a leader in the field of canine genetics research, with an unwavering commitment to improving the welfare of our beloved canine companions.

However, the CGC now finds itself in a challenging financial situation. Our primary sponsors, the Kennel Club and the Kennel Club Charitable Trust, are unable to continue financial support beyond March 2024.

Your support is therefore instrumental in ensuring the continued success and longevity of the CGC, and all donations, large and small, are hugely appreciated. Together, we can advance canine genetics research and pave the way for a healthier future for the dogs we love.
